Only 10 more properties sold over last week, but the average sale price of what sold jumped from $340,756 to $401,432 and the overall sales amount jumped almost $13 Million dollars. You can be the types of properties  sold varied significantly from last week with those numbers!

The reversal between the number of homes sold and lots caused the difference in sales volume, aided by the sale of higher priced homes at the top end of the market.
