Based on residential MLS properties reported sold January 1 - June 30 in the Foothills neighbourhood, Vernon BC, (OMREB database) sellers on average accepted a discount of 8.24% off the list price.

Buyers agents negotiated a range of discounts from 0.80% to what appears to be a whopping 66.86%! At a closer look - that property was a to be built home -and looks like the contract would be for land.
