Almost $50 Million in Real Estate Sold July 23- 29'12
Sales of Residential MLS properties in Okanagan Shuswap real estate last week was down over the week prior, resulting in a
lower sales volume. The average sale price, however, was higher this week. We encourage you to check out our reports on the properties that sold to ge the whole story.The stats here are pulled from the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Database, with search run on Sunday, July 29, 2012.

Apartments:   18 sold, down from 27 sold,
Townhomes: 23 sold, up from 19 sold,
 
The decrease in single family homes and the increase in lot sales will account for the decrease in sales volumes this week.
