Fifteen fewer residential real estate sales occurred in the Okanagan Shuswap Region (Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board) in the week of September 26 - Ocober 2, 2011 inclusive compared to the week prior.
The value traded fell from $42,666,541 to $35,834,775
