Okanagan Shuswap Residential Real Estate: What's Selling? Sept. 25'11 Sold Reports and MLS Statistics
Thirteen fewer residential real estate sales occurred in the Okanagan Shuswap Region (Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board) in the week of September 19 – 25, 2011 inclusive compared to the week prior.
The increase value traded fell from $48,109,821 to $42,666,541
The makeup of the sales saw a decrease in Single family homes sold from 72 to 68 and townhome sales were down from 22 to 14.
One Recreational property sold! This is notable because it would seem that few properties get classified as Recreational in this region.
