Okanagan Shuswap Real Estate: What's Selling? Sold Reports for July 3 and July 10, 2011
Back at it after taking a camping trip to Montana with my man and my #1 grandson... Here are the Okanagan Shuswap Real Estate sold stats for the weeks ending July 3, 2011 and July 10, 2011. I normally run the stats one week after the date to enable all the paperwork to be processed through the various real estate offices. What I notice most about these weeks is that the pattern of sales has been pretty reliably that for every 4 properties sold in Central Okanagan, 2 would sell in North Okanagan and 1 in the Shuswap. Neither of these weeks held to that pattern.
