What's Selling? April 11, 2011 Sold Reports for Okanagan Shuswap Real Estate

While the North Okanagan Vernon and area saw an increase in the number of real estate transactions April 4 – 11, 2011 both the Central Okanagan and Shuswap saw declines that overrode the gains on the North Okanagan. This resulted in an overall decline in transactions of 18 over the week prior.
