Okanagan Shuswap Real Estate: What's Selling? March 6, 2011 Sold Reports available
Not only did the number of properties sold diminish in the week of February 28 to March 6, 2011, the total value of real estate traded dropped from $34,453,803 to $27,931,057 – which is more telling than the reduction by 4 in properties sold. The lack of sales over the $1,000,000. mark (most expensive property the week prior coming in at $1,550,000 compared to $740,000 this week.)
As expected, the Central Okanagan continues to dominate the number of sales within the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate region.
