North Okanagan Real Estate 2010 Recap: Total Sales by Neighbourhood - # of sales and $$ resulting
We've begun our 2010 statistical review for North Okanagan residential real estate.
These Pie Charts are based on data within the residential portion North Okanagan Zone of the Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board database. Our search was run on January 12, 2011. Hopefully that has given enough time for paperwork to be posted.
The only filter on sales within the North Okanagan Real Estate zone between Jan. 1, 2010 and Dec. 31,2010 was that the property be classified as “Residential” therefore, these numbers include lots and acreages, manufactured homes, recreational properties, and all manner of single family dwellings and strata properties ( condos, townhomes and apartments.)
These sales dollars were spread out over the following number of transactions per neighbourhood:
Total number of residential real estate transactions in the North Okanagan Zone was 1452 generating a total sales value of $488,339,315.
