Springtime in Sicamous, BC
There is no better time to or place to enjoy nature's awakening than Sicamous BC. All around this Shuswap community, the forests, lakes and farmland are coming alive after a winter's rest. People too, are shaking off the winter, packing up their sleds and digging out their warm weather sports gear for things like:

- Fishing for trout and kokanee

- Hiking and Backpacking.. though you will still want a great sleeping bag if you are an out in the open kind of camper as it is still chilly

- ATV touring.

Temperatures in April generally range between a high of 17.8 and a low of 2.3 degrees celcius, but it has been as warm as 25.5 and as cold as -4 in April here as well! Rainfall in the month of April is reported at 28.9 mm and 0.00 cm of snowfall is normal for April.
