Wow.. busiest Sunday yet for Open Houses in Vernon BC Feb. 15, 2009
There is close to 70 Open Houses in the Vernon Area on Sunday Feb. 15, 2009! That makes this Sunday the busiest for Open Houses so far this year, a sure sign that Spring must be... must, must must be.. just around the corner.

This Sundays crop of Open Houses really spans the market with a range of properties listed at prices from $135,900 to $3,490,000. All sections of Vernon will see Open House signs pop up tomorrow - and there is even one out on the Westside it you feel like a drive.
Last week was busier as far as sales in the Single Family Dwelling Market and inventory levels in that sector are remaining stable with only a variance of a few properties from week to week. We watch the inventory levels closely - as that is the first indicator as to what will happen with pricing - real estate being a supply and demand based comodity.
