East Hill Market Changes in 2008
I was doing a market evaluation on a property recently listed in the East Hill neighbourhood of Vernon for some prospective Buyers. Part of that process had me looking at what the Median ( middle of the Market ) sale price had been for Single Family Dwellings sold in 2007 and comparing it with the Median of homes sold in the same neighbourhood so far this year. The result was that the middle of the market has seen an increase of $38,500 in the last year, and prices appear to still be on the rise.
