Living on the Commonage, Vernon BC


The Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board defines the Commonage as the area east of Ellison Ridge to Highway 97 (except Clerke Road area) and south from Commonage Place to Kekuli Bay Park, excluding Predator Ridge Golf Resort.

This is not a very densly populated area. Most properties are either large lot or include acreage and most have lake views of either Okanagan or Kalamalka Lakes. For those looking for a more exclusive lifestyle feel, areas like Beverly Hills Estates are great options.

There are no schools, shops or neighbourhood amenities in the Commonage, but the drive into Vernon BC is only a few minutes.
