Having been a resident of Coldstream off and on since 1980, with my most recent home purchase in 1995 in the Kalview area - where I still reside I am happy to share my thoughts about what it is like to live here.

The best thing about living in Coldstream is that you are within about 3o minutes from anything you could want.. from world class skiing and golf, the international Airport in Kelowna, the North End Shopping District, moments to Kal Provincial Park, Kal Beach, Creekside Park and more. 

Location – 50 KM North of Kelowna BC on Hwy 97.

The Okanagan Mainline Real Estate Board defines the Coldstream neighbourhood - or sub area as the portion of the District of Coldstream from Highway 97, Middleton Mountain and Cosens Bay east to Ricardo Road.

Overview – The District of Coldstream is immediately East and South of Vernon. Its boundaries surround the North end of Kalamlaka Lake and extend East into the Coldstream Valley. Residents enjoy some of the finest and most sought after views in the area and, indeed, the world. Much of the new housing in the Coldstream has been centralized around the North end of Kalamalka Lake – but housing in the district also includes ‘rural’ homes and small acreages.
