The size of these properties ranged from minimum of 1.370 acres to a maximum of 5.70 acres. None of the acreages sold were on the waterfront. Let's look at standard Lots first: Of the 15 building lots sold, most of them were in the "Kalview" neighbourhoods located between Okanagan College, and Kalamalka Lake. The new subdivision of Bayview Heights - on Edgewater Rd was the most popular location to purchase with a total of 6 lots selling in 2010. If that level of demand continues, this subdivision will sell out in 2011. Other purchases in this area were on Pointe Sage Crescent, Hofer Drive and Graystone Drive.
